Sports specific Pilates
Pilates can be for general fitness and mobility but also works as a powerful addition to any sports training.
A general class will benefit you, however certain exercises will be more specific to each sport.
If you are interested in more sports specific training you can book a 1:1 Pilates session
Have a chat with your instructor prior to starting your class, they will be able to give you some exercises targeted to help you achieve your goal.
