Have you noticed clients with lack of adaptability in the feet tend to also have pelvic problems, pain or dysfunction?
Did you know that head forward posture and jaw tension can affect breath and pelvic floor function?
This is a one day workshop open to all health professionals dealing with clients with pain, dysfunction or postural patterns in:
- The feet
- The pelvis/ pelvic floor
- Ribcage/ breath / shoulders
- Neck and jaw pain/ headaches
- Women’s health
This workshop is an introduction to our 5 main diaphragms and to help you understand how all these areas are linked. Its focus is on collaboration between health professionals to expand your referral network and to understand how we cannot treat one without thinking about the others.
This workshop will give you an introduction to the anatomy of the 5 diaphragms’ as well as experiencing the links between these structures. You will come away with :
- An understanding of communication between the diaphragms
- An experiential sense of the structures
- Movement education for your clients self-care
- Posture analysis on how these diaphragms support each other
This workshop is recommended for health professionals who want to know more about global strategies and get a basic understanding of the connection between these important areas. Heavy on experiential, self care with an intro to the anatomy and touch.
