I’m Hayley and I teach Pilates in Long Melford.
I studied Sport and Exercise Science at University, but I left the industry for several years until I had my children and found a love of exercise again when trying to regain my abdominal strength and general fitness.
I re-qualified as a personal trainer, specialising in pre and post natal fitness and nutrition. More recently I qualified as a Pilates instructor, now with a new enthusiasm for how properly controlled functional movement can make an enormous difference to every day life.
I love how Pilates can benefit anyone.
Whether you have never exercised before and have no idea of how to move your body correctly, or if you are a highly trained athlete, Pilates will have something to offer you.
It amazes me how we can learn so much from our bodies every day, and I love to help people achieve their goals.
Seeing a client notice the difference in the way they can move outside of the studio is the best feedback for me.
